Super 8 by Wyndham Salina

Was trapped here for 2 days because of winter storm Blair. Though the circumstances were unfortunate, the staff were exceptional and provided excellent service, helping shovel snow out of the way of our car, helping us get it unstuck (lol), giving us an extra night with the same rate, etc. The location was also really great, being within walking distance from Walmart where we could get food to wait out the storm!

We stayed here while traveling with our 2 larger dogs from Texas to Wyoming. We were impressed with the room and price and decided to stay again on our way home. The pet rooms we had were clean and comfortable. I do wish they were on the first floor but the rooms were close to the stairwell and a side door with a grassy area. I liked that we didn't have to go through the lobby.

I was very surprised at how clean and nice it was for a Super 8. For some reason I had felt like those were a cheaper hotel. Our room seemed really clean! It was a very convenient location also, just right off the interstate.

The beds were comfortable, pillows perfect, and the room was clean. We came in late and left early for our travels. it was great that it was so accessible to the main highway and every place needed close by.

It was easy to find. They allowed me to have a later checkout so I could finish a couple zoom meetings I had for work. Breakfast was a good variety as well.
